The Tipico Group’s headquarters and its associated Maltese companies are established in St. Julian’s in the EU state of Malta. Tipico offers an international working environment, with 330 people from 37 different nations now working at the Group’s headquarters.

The completion in 2020 of the Group’s very own Tipico Tower provides employees in Malta with an office environment with loads of space for innovation, creativity and typifying the team spirit philosophy. A sports bar, recreational spaces, a sun-drenched terrace as well as an in-house kindergarten are included. This is where all strategic and operational decisions are taken. It’s where our online activities and associated CRM measures are managed, customer inquiries are processed, and technical development work is delivered. The leading bookmakers and some relevant IT units are likewise located in the Group’s headquarters, alongside our Finance, Legal, HR, Communications and Compliance departments.
