Digital: Customer Experience
The Customer Experience tribe delivers design, product tracking and customer research services for numerous internal stakeholders. It comprises three central units:
User Experience Design (UXD)
This unit is responsible for designing our products so that customers can easily understand and use them (UX/UI).
Product tracking
This unit is responsible for tracking users’ interaction with our products. The information gained helps us to optimize our products from the perspective of our customers.
Customer and market research
This unit is constantly in dialogue with our customers, and obtains valuable feedback on various subjects, extending from questions about brand awareness, the acceptance of existing or planned features, to conventional customer surveys and focus groups.
