Tipico and NOVOMATIC Sign Agreement for Acquisition of ADMIRAL Austria

St. Julian’s/Karlsruhe/Gumpoldskirchen. Today, Tipico Group, the leading sports betting provider in the German-speaking region, has signed an agreement with NOVOMATIC AG to acquire a 100% stake in ATLAS Group GmbH, the parent company of ADMIRAL Group in Austria.
For Tipico Group — Germany’s leading provider of sports betting and online slot games — this investment marks an important step toward further strengthening its position in Austria and expanding its portfolio. The NOVOMATIC AG Group confirms this as a step increasing the focus on its international business orientation as a global innovation leader in the industry.

The agreement is subject to certain conditions such as regulatory approvals.
